1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SANOVY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our marketplace.
2. Marketplace Role
SANOVY is an online marketplace that connects hosts offering cars and vacation homes with travelers seeking to rent them. SANOVY does not own, operate, or insure the vehicles or properties listed. Each rental is a direct agreement between the host and traveler.
3. Host Responsibilities
Hosts must provide accurate listings, maintain valid insurance where required, comply with local laws, honor confirmed bookings, and respond to traveler inquiries promptly. Misleading listings or discriminatory practices are prohibited.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must be truthful about their identity and trip details, treat rented items and properties with care, follow host rules, and pay all fees associated with a booking. Damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
5. Payments & Fees
SANOVY processes payments securely and may hold funds until the rental begins. Hosts set their own prices. We charge travelers a 10% guest service fee and hosts a 3% host fee on each booking. All fees are shown before checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law or our cancellation policy.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set by each host and displayed on the listing. Travelers should review these terms before booking. SANOVY may intervene in disputes in accordance with our dispute resolution process.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use SANOVY for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, spam, or to circumvent platform fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
SANOVY is not liable for disputes, damages, or injuries arising from rentals. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid to SANOVY for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SANOVY after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
